Job Summary

MedImpact is seeking an experienced Account Executive II to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including executive-level decision-makers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in a healthcare or PBM environment
  • Proven track record of business development and account management success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
