Responsibilities:

* Develop comprehensive business plans to achieve set goals and quotas
* Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
* Identify new sales opportunities through networking and convert them into lasting partnerships
* Present products and services to potential clients
* Deliver professional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty
* Maintain regular contact with clients to understand and fulfill their needs
* Address complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation
* Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate sales records and data
* Travel up to 50% of the time to meet clients and prospects

Requirements:

* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong computer proficiency and multi-tasking abilities
* Independent worker with initiative and team accountability
* Ability to self-direct, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple requests
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
* Proven ability to create, build, and maintain client relationships and rapport
* Strong work ethic and ability to execute critical tasks effectively
* Proficient in database management
* Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of related experience
* Two (2) to four (4) years of sales experience
* Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce
* Familiarity with Solutions Selling
