About the Role

Cadence Design Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive II to join our team in Southern California. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the North America West Coast region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Utilize technical knowledge and industry expertise to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales campaigns and achieve business objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional experience in the electronics design business
  • Verifiable track record of overachieving multimillion dollar sales quotas
  • MS or BS Degree in technical discipline, preferably EE
  • MBA is a plus
