Account Executive II

Daxko is seeking a driven professional to join our team as an Account Executive II. This role is responsible for driving sales and profitability by acquiring new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify market opportunities and engage prospects to craft proposals and manage contracts.
- Develop comprehensive business plans to achieve set goals and quotas.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Present products and services to potential clients and deliver professional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to understand and fulfill their needs.
- Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate sales records and data.
- Travel up to 50% of the time to meet clients and prospects.
Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and multi-tasking abilities.
- Independent worker with initiative and team accountability.
- Ability to self-direct, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple requests.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to create, build, and maintain client relationships and rapport.
- Strong work ethic and ability to execute critical tasks effectively.
- Proficient in database management.
- Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of related experience.
- Two (2) to four (4) years of sales experience.
- Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Solutions Selling.
What We Offer:
- On-target earnings (OTE) of $135,000 - $145,000 (base + uncapped commission).
