Consumer Insights Associate Manager

Our Total Rewards package is competitive, with an expected base salary range for this role between 118,900.00 USD and 156,000.00 USD, considering skills, experience, education, and location.
Role Overview: Reporting to the Director of Global Consumer Insights, the Consumer Insights Associate Manager will oversee the creation and dissemination of consumer insights to inform business and brand strategies across our global portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the consumer advocate in brand and business discussions.
- Leading comprehensive brand and marketing research initiatives, including multi-market tracking and reporting.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consumer perspectives shape brand positioning and product innovation.
- Identifying and addressing critical knowledge gaps regarding current and potential consumers.
- Managing research projects with external partners, from defining objectives to delivering actionable insights.
- Utilizing digital platforms for internal research projects, including survey management and qualitative analysis.
- Providing insights-driven recommendations to advance brand and business objectives.
- Assisting in the management of the global insights budget.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in consumer insights and research.
- 5+ years of experience with consumer-facing brands, either in-house or at an agency.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Professional Experience:
- Experience managing external research vendors and conducting research using internal tools.
- Familiarity with various qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including brand tracking and market mix modeling.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting insights effectively to senior audiences.
- Experience collaborating with product development teams.
