Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject-matter expert in consumer credit, providing insights and support to both internal teams and external clients.
- Facilitate the sales process for Visa's consumer credit products by identifying client objectives and potential product enhancements.
- Assist clients in tailoring Visa's products to align with their strategic goals.
- Lead the implementation of customized Visa products, collaborating with clients and various internal teams.
- Provide clients with valuable insights on market trends and strategies for consumer credit growth.
- Support business development initiatives, including Requests for Proposal (RFP), in collaboration with the sales team.
- Engage with a diverse range of credit clients, including issuers and processors, to drive understanding of Visa's consumer credit strategy.
- Collaborate across multiple functional teams to execute strategic initiatives effectively.
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management or strategy, with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree; or 3 years of experience with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in managing consumer credit portfolios.
- In-depth knowledge of the consumer credit industry's economic drivers and market dynamics.
- Strong business acumen, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives.
- Proficient in data analysis and translating findings into actionable strategies.
