Position Overview: The Legal Talent Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in spearheading the recruitment of exceptional legal professionals for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust attorney recruitment strategy that aligns with the firm's growth goals.
  • Identify, source, and engage qualified attorney candidates through diverse channels, including online platforms, legal job boards, and professional networks.
  • Oversee the interview process, coordinating schedules and logistics with hiring managers.
  • Stay informed on trends within the legal sector, including compensation standards and recruitment methodologies.
  • Utilize recruiting metrics and data analysis to enhance the recruitment process and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain and cultivate relationships with law schools, legal associations, and other recruitment partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in legal recruitment.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting top-tier legal talent.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape and various practice areas.
  • Strong grasp of best practices in legal recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
