Senior Director, Global Performance Marketing Strategy

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director to lead our Global Performance Marketing team in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through innovative digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing high-impact performance marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
This is a people manager role reporting to the GVP, Growth Marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Performance Marketing Strategies
Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Lead a Team of Marketing ProfessionalsLead a team of marketing professionals to plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels globally, including paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid media.
Set Cross-Channel Media Strategy and Spend PlanSet the cross-channel media strategy and spend plan to maximize return on investment and achieve business goals.
Connect SEO to Paid MediaConnect SEO tightly to paid media to ensure overall search success.
Shape the Tech and Analytics RoadmapShape the tech and analytics roadmap to support trafficking, AI-powered bidding, and data-driven decision making.
Set Performance Targets and KPIsSet clear performance targets and KPIs for all marketing initiatives and regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional TeamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and finance, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Stay Informed about Industry TrendsStay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing, SEO, and paid media, and leverage this knowledge to innovate and drive continuous improvement.
Manage Marketing BudgetsManage marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources strategically to maximize return on investment and achieve business goals.
Foster a Culture of Creativity and CollaborationFoster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability within the marketing team, encouraging professional growth and development among team members.
Build Relationships with External PartnersBuild and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and drive business results.
Create an ROI ModelCreate an ROI model to drive measurability of every action, asset, campaign to further scale spending efficiency.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience or military service.
15+ Years of Performance Marketing Experience15+ years of Performance Marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing within the SaaS industry.
Strong Analytical SkillsStrong analytical skills and experience interpreting complex data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing campaigns.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
Demonstrated Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced EnvironmentDemonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively lead multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Experience with Marketing Automation PlatformsExperience working with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, SEO strategies, and paid media campaigns.
Deep Understanding of Digital Marketing ChannelsDeep understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
Proven Track Record of SuccessProven track record of developing and implementing successful performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $195,500 - $315,775 base salary
Illinois and Colorado: $186,200 - $263,000 base salary
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $186,200 - $276,125 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
