Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented File Clerk to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a File Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring efficient file management, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- File Management: Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documents in a secure and accessible manner.
- Record Retrieval: Search for and retrieve information contained in files as requested by team members and management.
- File Maintenance: Ensure files are current, complete, and easily accessible.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of material removed from files and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including copying records, maintaining an organized workspace, and participating in required training.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure all files and records are maintained in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous office or administrative experience desired; strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
- Skills: Basic computer skills, ability to learn and utilize company software and systems, excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver's license required.
This position requires regular and predictable attendance, with scheduled shifts including evening hours, weekends, and some holidays. The work environment is primarily an office setting with a substantial amount of administrative duties and frequent interactions with employees, management, and outside vendors.
