About the Role
Workday is seeking a Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide support to our Large Enterprise & Industries Solution Consulting division.
In this position, you will take on a diverse array of responsibilities that will demand creativity, innovation, and integrity.
Utilizing your strong communication skills and ability to multitask, you will effectively relay key initiatives to team members, offering guidance and direction as needed, while also assisting in managing the schedules of busy executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily schedule and calendar of the Vice President, Large Enterprise & Industries (LE&I) and three Field VPs.
- Provide strategic advice on behalf of executives regarding projects and events.
- Demonstrate strong travel management skills, advising on travel options that require meticulous planning and attention to detail.
- Process expense reports and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.- Monitor and anticipate spending, providing timely advice.
- Prepare meeting agendas, document notes, and follow up on action items.
- Arrange catering for both internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate events with general guidance, advising on budget, logistics, and resource allocation to create memorable experiences.
- Draft professional documentation on behalf of executives.- Build trusting relationships with executives' clients, teams, and contacts.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow Administrative Coordinators across Sales, Solution Consulting, and extended teams.
About You
Basic Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in executive support and/or project coordination, assisting multiple senior-level executives.
Other Qualifications
- Proficient in office applications such as Outlook, Google Drive, Google Slides, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoom.
- Ability to empathize with executives and manage their schedules to optimize time efficiency.
- Capable of handling sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality.- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently under general direction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.
As part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
