About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Penn State Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our hospital and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure efficient operational activities and effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • AHA BLS certification prior to the end of the orientation period.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory, management, or healthcare leadership capacity.
  • Two years of experience in an acute care setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
