Position Title: Restoration Project Supervisor

Position Summary

Paul Davis Restoration stands as a premier full-service restoration and remodeling enterprise. We are seeking a dedicated Project Supervisor to oversee the expansion and advancement of our construction operations. This role requires a proactive individual to cultivate relationships, devise strategic plans, and ensure project completion while serving as the primary contact throughout the project lifecycle.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Achieve financial targets through effective sales and project oversight.
  • Engage in project evaluations and track progress.
  • Drive business growth through both B2B and retail channels, identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Continuously assess key client development and activities.
  • Assist in recruiting essential personnel and skilled tradespeople.
  • Analyze sales performance and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct site visits with property owners to generate project scopes.
  • Utilize third-party estimating software for accurate loss assessments.
  • Collaborate closely with insured parties and stakeholders.
  • Ensure each project meets the company's minimum gross profit margin standards.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with insurance adjusters, brokers, and third-party administrators.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for new loss incidents as per the schedule.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and client relations, while ensuring profitability and satisfaction.
  • Set and adhere to project timelines.
  • Gather all necessary documentation upon project completion.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Project Supervisor in restoration or construction.
  • Proficient in using computers and tablets.
  • Familiarity with Xactimate or similar estimating software is preferred.
  • Relevant industry certifications, such as IICRC and Lead, are advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary is commensurate with industry experience. Benefits include 401K, Paid Time Off, and Paid Holidays available upon hire.
