Position Overview:
We are in search of a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to take on the role of Site Leader/Clinician at our Lancaster, PA location. This position offers performance-based bonuses and competitive compensation, influenced by various factors such as education, experience, licensure, and clinical hours.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mental and behavioral health sector.
- Prior management experience in a similar practice setting.
- Possession of an independent mental health license in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience working with children and adolescents is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clinical staff, providing clinical and ethical case consultation as needed.
- Foster a culture of camaraderie among site staff and enhance connection with the overall practice.

Quality Management/Productivity:
- Cultivate a culture of clinical excellence by setting clear performance and productivity expectations.
- Oversee documentation practices, including discharge summaries and outcome measures.
- Encourage productivity during office and evening hours while ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining information security.
- Mentor staff on effective business practices and inform site direction using Key Performance Indicators.

Administrative Duties:
- Coordinate office assignments and recommend improvements to administrative processes based on clinician feedback.
- Provide data on staffing needs to appropriate administrative personnel.
- Facilitate orientation and onboarding for new clinicians, including training on Electronic Medical Records.
- Manage office supplies, aesthetics, and liaise with cleaning staff and building supervisors for issue resolution.
- Complete projects as assigned by the leadership team.
