Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments to introduce families and individuals to our services.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and training to direct care staff.
  • Ensure the assignment of qualified Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to maintain high-quality service delivery.
  • Participate in regular meetings for all clients under your supervision.
  • Review and update staff documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain clinically relevant goals for clients.
  • Collaborate with families and internal teams to facilitate smooth transitions into our programs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues through effective communication.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and uphold professional ethics and standards.
  • Supervise unlicensed staff members to ensure quality care.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in human services, including intakes and assessments.
  • Access to reliable transportation for travel within the service area.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
