Senior Clinical Robotics Supervisor

As a key member of our operations team, you will ensure the highest standards for the safe clinical application of robots within hospital settings. Your role will involve effective communication and documentation while working closely with hospital personnel and our engineering team to support a state-of-the-art fleet of robots. You will also play a vital role in designing and implementing processes as our organization grows. Clinical Robotics Supervisors will address unexpected challenges that arise during shifts and collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding results to our healthcare partners.

This is a full-time supervisory position at Diligent Robotics, with a schedule of 10am-6pm ET, Monday through Friday.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing and assisting mobile service robots in a clinical environment
  • Gathering data and troubleshooting various real-world scenarios while providing detailed feedback to our engineering team
  • Prioritizing the customer experience to ensure expectations are consistently met or exceeded
  • Communicating effectively with hospital staff and occasionally with the public regarding robot operations
Your supervisory duties will encompass:
  • Creating and distributing monthly work schedules
  • Onboarding and training new Clinical Robotics Associates
  • Approving timecards
  • Addressing corrective action issues
  • Arranging coverage for callouts
A successful candidate will possess, at minimum:
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Experience in a supervisory role, including team leadership, scheduling, and support
  • A customer-service orientation, demonstrating friendliness and the ability to manage customer demands
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying information to internal stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-sufficiency in completing tasks and making independent decisions as needed
  • The ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends, with an understanding that schedules may change based on customer needs
  • A willingness to work during significant holidays, recognizing that healthcare services operate continuously
  • Readiness to obtain vendor credentials, which may include immunizations, background checks, and drug screenings
