As a key member of our nursing administration, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of nurses and support staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clinic remains at the forefront of patient care.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania or multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- AHA BLS certification prior to end of orientation period.
- Minimum of two years of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
