Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our San Francisco office. This role requires a hands-on approach and a passion for creating an organized, efficient, and welcoming workspace.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing facilities management, coordinating events, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office to support our fast-paced and dynamic team. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in office management or facilities management, preferably in a venture capital, finance, or tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall maintenance and operations of the office, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, IT support, office supplies, etc.).
  • Coordinate office seating arrangements and manage space planning to accommodate team growth.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance, including emergency preparedness and equipment maintenance (e.g., fire alarms, security systems).
  • Manage office budget related to supplies, services, and facility upgrades.

Salary: $45-50 per hour
