About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented administrative professional to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. This role will provide critical support to our in-house attorneys, including conducting research, preparing documents, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office and SharePoint, as well as experience working with attorneys or legal staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support, including calendar management, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with contract drafting, editing, and submission, as well as ensure proper document and contract template management.
  • Support the General Counsel in preparation for Board and Committee meetings, assist with taking minutes, and manage follow-up tasks.
  • Coordinate and work with General Counsel to provide legal support to League staff in negotiating, documenting, and implementing real estate transactions.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have a strong understanding of local, state, and federal laws, policies, and programs that affect the League and its work.

Salary and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range of $75,000-$90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • Full benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, three weeks of vacation annually plus holidays, and a 403(b) retirement plan.
