Salary

The estimated hourly range for this position is $25-$28 per hour, based on industry standards and market conditions in the San Francisco area.

Job Description

This role involves supporting administrative functions for our high-performing operation at San Francisco International Airport. The Administrative Specialist will work closely with leadership and Human Resources teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

  • Assist with tracking station-level injury reporting and communicating trends to station leadership;
  • Guide and support staff through completion of job injury reporting to ensure accurate and timely completion of required documentation;
  • Oversight of team member parking pass and port badging programs; verifying applications, auditing monthly reports adhering to airport authority regulations;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one (1) year of Human Resources or Administrative experience;
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
  • Strong organization and time management skills, and ability to maintain thorough and accurate records;
  • Ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearance as required;
