The Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Growth Marketer to spearhead our expansion initiatives. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll collaborate closely with our founders to develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, leveraging content, partnerships, and in-person events to drive user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a data-driven marketing strategy, focusing on content creation, partnerships, and event marketing
  • Develop engaging content for our blog and social media channels, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership
  • Identify and optimize new growth channels, leveraging analytics data to inform decision-making
  • Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, driving revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Manage our marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to drive maximum impact
  • Develop and implement processes to drive efficiency and scalability in our marketing operations
  • Collaborate with our marketing agencies to optimize Google Ads and SEO efforts
  • Work closely with our founders to identify and pursue new growth opportunities
Requirements
  • 3-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue
  • Deep understanding of demand generation, digital marketing, and content creation
  • Strong data analysis skills, with experience in tools like Intercom and Mixpanel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and addressing challenges
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn, with experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
  • Passion for e-commerce and technological innovation
