What You'll DoAs the VP of Growth Marketing, you'll drive demand generation strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts. Reporting to the CMO, you'll have high visibility with LogicMonitor leadership and play a critical role in shaping our growth.
You'll own integrated marketing campaigns, covering content, digital marketing, SEO, account-based marketing, email, social media, and our website. Your goal is to generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline globally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the website strategy to ensure a high-converting, visually engaging site
- Building and managing a high-performing global demand generation team
- Overseeing digital channels, including SEM, paid social, webinars, sponsorships, SEO, and integrated campaigns
- Fostering a culture of continuous testing and optimization to enhance channel performance and ROI
- Ensuring alignment among marketing, sales, and go-to-market teams for collective success
We're seeking a seasoned marketing leader with a proven track record of driving demand generation and pipeline growth. Key qualifications include:
- 15+ years of marketing experience in demand generation, digital, ABM, social media, and web marketing
- Experience in high-growth environments and scaling operations in mid to large businesses
- Proven ability to lead high-performing, global teams and influence across the organization
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey information to executive management and stakeholders
- Experience with marketing technology, operations, and platforms, including CRM, ABM, sales automation, ad tech, and engagement tools
We provide a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary range of $225,000-$275,000 USD, a variable plan, and comprehensive benefits.
