- Advanced Analytics: You will lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics frameworks and dashboards, enabling the marketing team to track, measure, and optimize performance with precision.
- Data-Driven Insights: You will translate complex data into actionable insights, guiding strategic decisions and ensuring that marketing efforts are targeted, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
- Process Optimization: You will create and implement processes that scale with company growth, focusing on automation, workflow optimization, and seamless execution of marketing strategies.
- Audience Segmentation: You will develop audience segmentation, including lifecycle stages and personas, to strengthen the various customer journeys and impact pipeline movement.
- Customer Journey Mapping: You will conduct Customer Journey Mapping exercises regularly to document existing processes and locate gaps, making plans to optimize via campaigns, engagements, reports, and dashboards.
- Reporting and Dashboards: You will build and manage dashboards across various systems to provide real-time reporting outputs that are centralized and allow for easy access by stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Marketing Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience, including significant, relevant experience in marketing operations and automation, with proven expertise in launching and measuring automation campaigns across various MarTech platforms.
- Marketo Experience: 2+ years of hands-on, relevant experience with Marketo required, including experience as a Marketo Administrator, led or have been a part of Marketo integrations, led scoring, built multi-channel programs, and/or MQL systems.
- CRM Experience: Strong CRM experience required, preferably Salesforce or similar.
- Project Management: Prior experience managing multiple complex marketing programs from conception to launch, with strong program execution skills required.
- Communication: Effective communication skills required, including presenting technical marketing information to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Marketing.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in B2B, SAAS, education technology, and/or language learning environment.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized.
- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills.
- Prioritization: Comfortable pivoting between tactical and strategic priorities.
This role requires a hybrid schedule where 2 days a week are onsite in our Boston, MA location during the week. Candidates must reside in MA or RI and be willing to meet this requirement to be considered.
