Key Responsibilities- Analyze market trends and leverage industry expertise to position Randstad USA as a leader in talent solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand services within assigned accounts, driving revenue and margin growth.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with clients and partners, built on principles of integrity and trust.
- Lead the execution of new agreements and initiatives to surpass revenue and margin expectations.
- Collaborate with project/program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients at senior levels, as well as external and internal partners.
- 3 years of experience in selling technical products or services.
- Proven track record of expanding services within assigned accounts.
- Strong skills in communication, presentation, and influence.
- Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- A history of outperformance.
- A Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives.
