Job Title: Executive Vice President

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Executive Vice President to lead and grow our agency. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing diverse marketing teams and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of 30+ professionals across Paid Media, ABM, Marketing Operations, Marketing Data Operations, and SEO & Content.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, ensuring the team is motivated, engaged, and aligned with the agency's goals.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting professional growth and continuous learning.
  • Serve as an escalation point for client matters
P&L Management:
  • Own and manage the agency's Profit & Loss (P&L) for gross profit, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded with the client services team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue streams and control costs, enhancing overall profitability.
  • Build and maintain a hiring plan for client services in conjunction with sales goals.
Business Development:
  • Support in business development pitches and play a key role in acquiring new clients and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and present solutions to prospective clients.
  • Expand relationships with current clients.
Marketing Strategy:
  • Potentially oversee marketing initiatives for the agency, enhancing brand awareness and positioning in the market.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the agency's services and attract new business.
Productization:
  • Own the productization of our services, developing scalable and repeatable processes that deliver consistent value to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to innovate and enhance service offerings, ensuring they meet market demands and client needs.
Operational Excellence:
  • Streamline and optimize agency operations, ensuring efficient workflows, effective resource allocation, and high-quality deliverables.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in project management, client servicing, and performance tracking.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a demand generation or digital marketing agency.
  • Extensive experience managing teams across Paid Media, ABM, Marketing Operations, Marketing Data Operations, and SEO & Content.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and drive continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
