About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Director to join our team at Compound Growth Marketing. As a Paid Social Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid social strategy and media management across multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of paid social campaigns across multiple clients, including account strategy development, setup, and overall campaign management
  • Monitor campaign performance, including owning budget pacing
  • Build and establish client relationships by acting as the lead day-to-day contact for client communication, running client meetings, statuses, and presentations
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity to improve efficiency and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices
  • Use statistical analysis to draw conclusions about marketing campaign performance, and provide insights and recommendations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of paid social experience
  • Prior experience managing budgets on LinkedIn, Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Twitter, Etc for clients
  • Experience analyzing paid campaign results and developing insights/recommendations/optimizations
