Paid Social Media Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Associate Director to join our team at Compound Growth Marketing. As a key member of our marketing consultancy, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid social strategies that drive revenue growth for our clients.
As a Paid Social Associate Director, you will lead the strategy and execution of paid social campaigns across multiple clients, including account strategy development, setup, and overall campaign management. You will also be responsible for monitoring campaign performance, including budget pacing, and building and establishing client relationships.
We are looking for someone with experience in developing and executing paid social strategy and media management. Our team is passionate and invested in driving revenue growth for our clients, and we bring a unique perspective to our work because we have been in-house and dealt with sales & marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid social strategies that drive revenue growth for clients
- Lead the strategy and execution of paid social campaigns across multiple clients
- Monitor campaign performance, including budget pacing
- Build and establish client relationships
- Proactively identify areas of opportunity to improve efficiency and present data-driven recommendations
- Use statistical analysis to draw conclusions about marketing campaign performance
- Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver effective results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of paid social experience
- Prior experience managing budgets on LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, etc. for clients
- Experience analyzing paid campaign results and developing insights/recommendations/optimizations
- In-depth experience managing campaigns within LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter
- Experience managing budgets against a defined target goal on CPL, CAC, ROAS
- B2B experience is a plus with understanding of sales lifecycle stages
