With a strong presence at major airports, including Los Angeles International Airport and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, PS is expanding its services to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Miami International Airport.

The Role: Operations Associate (VIP Guest Services)

As an Operations Associate VIP Guest Services, you will be part of a team that delivers exceptional luxury experiences for our esteemed guests. Your responsibilities will include escorting and driving on the airfield, working closely with airline partners, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reservation Mastery: Collaborate with the team to tailor and execute luxury experiences for PS guests.
  • Warm Welcome: Greet guests with a personalized welcome at airport gates and upon arrival at PS, setting the tone for exceptional service.
  • Brand Representation: Engage with airline partners with kindness and professionalism, fostering strong relationships.
  • Luggage Concierge: Seamlessly handle and process PS customer luggage in accordance with PS airline agreements.
  • Efficient Security/Immigration Assistance: Escort guests through PS' on-site airport security and drive them to designated departure gates with ease and efficiency.
  • Luxury Transportation: Safely operate luxury vehicles on the Restricted Airfield.
  • Intensive Training: Complete an 8-week program dedicated to reservation mastery and receive ongoing support from the Control Room.
  • Exquisite Service: Provide attentive, gracious, and personable service that reflects our commitment to luxury and excellence.
Requirements
  • Pass a pre-employment background check, including drug screening and TSA/CBP clearance.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Experience in customer service, airline, and/or hospitality industry-related leadership roles preferred.
  • Hold a valid driver's license in good standing, active for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Experience working with high-end clients in a luxury hospitality setting required.
  • Minimum education requirement of High school Diploma/GED.
