  • Proactively identify and resolve guest issues quickly, efficiently, and courteously, upholding the hotel's commitment to genuine hospitality.
  • Wear the proper uniform at all times, representing the hotel's brand and image.
  • Uphold the hotel's commitment to genuine hospitality, providing a positive and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Place orders for food and cooking supplies as necessary, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions.
  • Ensure implementation of all hotel policies and house rules, maintaining a safe and respectful environment for guests and staff.
  • Attend monthly department meetings and training sessions as necessary, staying informed and up-to-date on hotel procedures and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to a positive culture and the success of the hotel.
Requirements:
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
