Position Summary: Operations Associate

As an Operations Associate, you will be entrusted with a designated group of clients, where you will familiarize yourself with their travel plans, including flight schedules and personal preferences. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our high-profile clientele receives exceptional service throughout their journey with us.

Operations Associates benefit from ongoing training and support from our dedicated Control Center, which is essential for delivering a successful client experience. Mastery of the airport layout and safe vehicle operation on the airfield is vital for success in this position.

Due to the dynamic nature of airport operations, flexibility in scheduling is required, with start times adjusted to align with airline needs and client reservations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients at airport gates and assist arriving members at our facility.
  • Manage client luggage and personal items following established procedures.
  • Operate various vehicle types on the airport airfield, including sedans and SUVs.
  • Guide clients to their private suites, providing an overview of amenities.
  • Accompany clients through TSA screening and to their departure gates.
  • Assist clients from arrival gates to our facility in accordance with procedures.
  • Deliver attentive and courteous service to all clients.
  • Adapt to the dynamic environment by performing additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the airline or luxury hospitality sectors, is preferred.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling is essential due to the nature of our operations.
  • Experience with high-end clientele in a luxury setting is required.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is necessary.
  • A valid driver's license in good standing is required, with at least one year of driving experience.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check is mandatory.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required.
