Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Reeds Jewelers. As a Luxury Watch Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall appearance of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate sales by utilizing in-depth product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service expertise
  • Provide superior customer service by greeting all customers, offering assistance, and answering questions
  • Maintain client relationships by following up with clients and meeting monthly sales goals
  • Assist with store marketing initiatives and maintain store appearance
  • Process customer repairs and send thank you notes to customers
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail sales experience, with luxury experience preferred
  • Previous clienteling experience and ability to learn technical products
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills a plus
