The Position: Operations Associate
As an Operations Associate, you will be entrusted with a designated group of members each day, requiring you to familiarize yourself with their travel plans, including flight schedules, ground transportation, and individual preferences. Your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our esteemed clients, necessitating a proactive approach to anticipate and fulfill their needs.
Continuous training and support from our Control Center will equip you to ensure a flawless client experience. Proficiency in navigating the airport layout and safely transporting members across the airfield is essential for success in this role.
Due to the operational demands of the airport and associated airlines, flexibility in scheduling is required, with varying start times for your 8-hour shifts based on customer reservations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and clients at airport gates and upon arrival at our facilities.
- Assist with luggage and personal items in accordance with established procedures.
- Operate various vehicle types on the airport airfield, including full-size sedans and SUVs.
- Guide members to their suites, providing an overview of the facilities.
- Accompany clients through TSA screening and to their departure gates as per standard protocols.
- Facilitate the transition of arriving members from their gates to our terminal.
- Deliver courteous, attentive, and friendly service at all times.
- Adapt to the dynamic nature of our environment by performing additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a leadership role within the airline or hospitality sectors is preferred.
- Availability for a flexible schedule is essential, as we operate 24/7.
- Experience in luxury hospitality with high-profile clients is required.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is necessary.
- A valid Georgia Driver's License in good standing, held for at least one year.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check is mandatory.
- Authorization to work in the United States is required.
