Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated C-130J Logistics Operations Specialist to join our Field Sustainment Team. In this role, you will act as the primary logistics liaison for our internal and external C-130J customers, as well as our strategic partners throughout the C-130J fleet.

Your responsibilities will include serving as the Lockheed Martin expert on fleet supply chain management initiatives and engaging with customers effectively. You will also be tasked with presenting key performance indicators and supply chain metrics to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
Your role will encompass various duties, including but not limited to:

  • Overseeing aircraft Planned Depot Maintenance (PDM) scheduling and support actions.
  • Providing assistance with Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAP).
  • Analyzing and resolving supply chain management issues raised by customers.
  • Assisting customers with Part Number and National Stock Number clarifications.
  • Managing material surveys and addressing non-conformance/quarantine issues.
  • Responding to urgent customer requests necessary for mission support, including after-hours assistance.
  • Must be a US Citizen and possess at least an Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting, with the ability to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Logistics and Inventory Management.
  • Experience with MICAP support, component repair cycle management, and Target Stock Level management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, metrics development, tracking, and reporting.
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Desired Skills:
While not mandatory, the following skills will enhance a candidate's profile:

  • Prior experience as a Field Service Representative in a PDM environment.
  • Experience with Performance Based Logistics (PBL) or Supply Chain Management concepts.

Management Systems Knowledge:
Familiarity with systems such as SAP, GOLD, GOLDESP, and FEDLOG is advantageous.

Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

Security Clearance:
This position requires a government security clearance, and candidates must be US Citizens for consideration.

Work Environment:
This role offers a combination of remote and on-site work at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific work schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
