  • Troubleshoot machinery issues promptly, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Utilize knowledge of extrusion and blow molding in the processing and production of plastic products.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team in machine design to optimize production processes.
  • Implement 5S and Kaizen methodologies to improve workplace organization, efficiency, and safety.
  • Monitor and control the quality of raw materials used in production.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience with extrusion, blow molding, and machine design.
  • Strong knowledge of plastics and plastics manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in preventative maintenance and troubleshooting machinery.
  • Familiarity with 5S and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
