As a Client Relations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers can fully leverage the value of ACERTUS solutions, enabling their organizations to enhance performance.
Compensation: $22-24/hr, commensurate with experience
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of ACERTUS solutions to eliminate obstacles preventing customers from realizing the benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate with management to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, other departments, and management to establish internal expectations and maintain appropriate project scope.
- Provide regular updates on project status and best practices to clients, ensuring a positive implementation experience while addressing issues proactively.
- Oversee VIP client transactions.
- Assist in the pre-onboarding process for VIP clients alongside the sales team.
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in technical business or client service roles.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues and fulfill customer needs.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and capable of collaborating with the Implementation team and the Head of Customer Success to deliver exceptional service.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role within a technology company is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
