Position Overview
As a Vehicle Title Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all incoming correspondence related to various departments. This is a full-time, in-office role.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $19 - $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness through verification and correction.
  • Prepare documents for scanning.
  • Investigate and resolve issues pertaining to title and license invoices.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates with the following skills:

  • Experience in data entry.
  • Proficiency in proprietary software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with Zendesk is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in multitasking and problem-solving.
