Key ResponsibilitiesAs an HR Operations Specialist, you will serve as the primary HR contact for employees, providing essential support and guidance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating local employee engagement initiatives, service recognition, and community outreach events.
- Assisting in the execution of departmental action plans based on engagement survey outcomes.
- Managing local recruitment processes, including job postings and interview coordination.
- Coordinating orientation programs and delivering content effectively.
- Supporting compliance initiatives by preparing necessary documentation for audits.
- Overseeing learning and development activities within the facility.
- Managing benefits enrollment and conducting informational sessions for employees.
- Assisting managers with salary and incentive planning processes.
- Providing support for employees returning from Leaves of Absence or addressing Workers' Compensation inquiries.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
