Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Food and Beverage Operations: Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Lead Customer Experience Team: Supervise and train a team of customer experience professionals to ensure exceptional service and high customer satisfaction.
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, including promotions, marketing campaigns, and menu engineering.
  • Manage Budgets and Finances: Oversee budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
