Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager - Aviation will be responsible for leading our human resources team in achieving business objectives. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, recruitment, and labor relations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Partner with recruiting teams to attract and retain top talent
- Provide guidance on employment-related policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 3-5 years of human resources experience
- Strong knowledge of California Employment Law and union labor relations
- Excellent diplomacy skills and ability to communicate at all levels

Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
