About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at DHL Global Forwarding.

As a key member of our HR function, you will provide strategic support and guidance to various teams across the organization.

Your primary responsibility will be to administer core HR processes, including employment, labor and employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with leadership on strategic and tactical HR issues
  • Administer approved company-wide employee relations policies and practices
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues
  • Support recruiting efforts
  • Provide functional guidance, advice, and training to business partners
  • Address individual employee issues and broader systemic matters

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with managers and employees to enhance the employee experience through innovative programs and strategic support.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • PHR certification desirable
  • Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment, employee relations, compensation, and salary administration
  • Excellent consultative, influencing, conflict management, facilitation, communication, analytical, organizational, and diplomacy skills

In return, you can expect a competitive salary range of $99,282 to $132,375 based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
