Regional Human Resources Director

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
- Maintain positive employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively
- Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with operational leaders to achieve business goals and ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 3-5 years of human resources experience, including 3-5 years of California Employment Law
- Union labor relations and Collective Bargaining knowledge preferred
- Strong diplomacy skills for effective collaboration across organization
- Expert knowledge of FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and other applicable employment regulations
- Average salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
