Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the Talent & Culture Department and collaborating with senior leadership on the implementation of our human resources strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a Human Resources leadership capacity, preferably within the hospitality industry. You will possess a strong understanding of hotel operations, CBA agreements, and benefit administration. Your excellent organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure, and proficiency in MS Office will enable you to excel in this role.

You will play a crucial part in promoting positive colleague relations through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect, and fun. Your self-confidence, ability to communicate easily with all levels of the organization, and strong interpersonal and presentation skills will make you an exceptional fit for this position.

  • You will lead and oversee the day-to-day operation of the Talent & Culture Department and collaborate with senior leadership on the implementation of the human resources strategy.
  • You will promote positive Colleague relations through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect, and fun.
  • You will play an integral role in the Executive Committee, with a particular emphasis on coaching, support, colleague relations, and overseeing all aspects of administration and reporting.
  • You will provide Human Resources strategic support to the Executive Committee and implement policies and procedures in alignment with the company's mission and values.
  • You will empower and assist Departmental Leaders and Senior Managers with the development of specific action plans to address issues and concerns identified in colleague feedback.
  • You will oversee the administration of human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, leaves; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • You will collaborate on the development of the annual Talent & Culture budget and manage day-to-day expenses and month-end reporting and forecasting of Talent & Culture accounts.
  • You will conduct research and analysis of organizational trends, including review of reports and metrics from the organization's human resources information system (HRIS) and talent management system.
  • You will oversee and manage all recruitment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • You will monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • You will consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $170,000 to $220,000 USD annually, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
