Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Area Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, recruitment, and labor relations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Partner with recruiting teams to attract and retain top talent
- Provide guidance on employment-related policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 3-5 years of human resources experience
- Strong knowledge of California Employment Law and union labor relations
- Excellent diplomacy skills and ability to communicate at all levels

Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 per year
