About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be pivotal in driving the growth of BigHand Technology Solutions throughout North America, primarily focusing on revenue generation within your designated territory.

Your efforts will concentrate on Large and Enterprise firms, where you will identify opportunities through outreach, securing qualified appointments that lead to revenue-generating prospects for BigHand's Financial Productivity software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle for BigHand's Financial Productivity solutions across North America.
  • Engage in a high volume of outbound communications, including phone calls and email campaigns, to identify decision-makers and opportunities within both existing and prospective customer bases.
  • Conduct campaigns involving pre-qualified calls or cold outreach to secure appointments.
  • Establish and nurture relationships across the legal sector with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Comprehend and articulate the value proposition of BigHand Financial Productivity software solutions to both current and potential clients.
  • Monitor, qualify, and manage leads from various sources, including direct mail, inbound and outbound calls, marketing initiatives, special events, trade shows, and company websites.
  • Exhibit curiosity and employ investigative skills to uncover sales opportunities.
  • Occasional travel for high-level meetings, conferences, and events may be required.
Qualifications
  • A proactive sales professional with over 5 years of experience in legal and/or financial software sales, consistently surpassing targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a growth-oriented mindset and resilience.
  • Adept at networking, quickly building rapport, and understanding the importance of cultivating professional relationships to identify opportunities and close significant deals.
  • Experience in a professional sales setting with direct sales experience from lead generation to closing for SaaS technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Outreach is advantageous.
  • Expertise in utilizing various search tools and advanced techniques to optimize sales efforts.
  • A strong sense of curiosity with excellent investigative skills, consistently identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
  • Proficient in leveraging LinkedIn and other social platforms to enhance engagement and expand professional networks.
