Administrative Support Professional

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Handle customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally
- Ensure the overall efficiency of our office operations, including maintaining a safe and neat office reception area
- Prepare shipping documentation, utilize a postage machine, and assist in maintaining office supplies inventory
- Deliver packages to departments and cubicles using a P.D.A. system
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1 to 2 years' experience in a corporate front desk or reception environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and/or reliable transportation
- Superior verbal communication and phone skills
- Professional demeanor, appearance, and attitude
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive material
- Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
