About the Position: The Millennium Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Office Service Associate to join our team. This role involves providing administrative support, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the overall efficiency of our office operations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally
  • Ensure the overall efficiency of our office operations, including maintaining a safe and neat office reception area
  • Prepare shipping documentation, utilize a postage machine, and assist in maintaining office supplies inventory
  • Deliver packages to departments and cubicles using a P.D.A. system

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 1 to 2 years' experience in a corporate front desk or reception environment
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and/or reliable transportation
  • Superior verbal communication and phone skills
  • Professional demeanor, appearance, and attitude
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive material
  • Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
