Position Overview
As a Territory Sales Manager within the Trades Vertical, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in your designated region. Your expertise in business-to-business sales will be essential as you implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed sales and profit targets through strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives.
  • Identify and secure new accounts by leveraging industry insights, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Utilize Salesforce for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales data to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to promote value-added solutions and address any objections or challenges.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified accounts to meet sales goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance business development efforts and support overall growth.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in sales, or 3-5 years with a Master's degree.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under uncertainty.

Work Environment
This position typically involves working in a comfortable indoor setting with minimal unpleasant conditions. You will have the opportunity to move about frequently, and occasional light lifting may be required. Overnight travel is expected to be less than 10% of the time.
