This role provides the opportunity to engage in grassroots sales and service training directly with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain consistent coverage of assigned Wurth USA clients, including sales and inventory oversight.
  • Promote essential programs and systems such as ORSY, Vending, and Flushes & Fluids across the designated region.
  • Adjust your work schedule to ensure all clients are attended to, including those with representatives on leave or in unassigned territories.
  • Facilitate major system sales like ORSY, Vending, SIS, or F&F through training sessions for sales representatives or directly to clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient in utilizing computer systems.
  • Understanding of the sales cycle.
  • Strong organizational skills for effective task management.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
  • High School Diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Trained in the use of computer systems.
  • Knowledge of product and sales training.
  • Proactively address and resolve immediate customer issues.
