Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining, planning, and overseeing the launch of platform features and improvements.
  • Identify customer challenges and requirements by engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate innovative concepts to enhance the purchasing experience for B2B fashion buyers.
  • Balance product vision with the needs of various stakeholders including sales, strategy, operations, and development.
  • Develop product specifications, create wireframes, draft tickets, and acceptance criteria, and validate product enhancements and issues.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to guide products from initial concept to final execution.
  • Formulate a go-to-market strategy to effectively deliver services to users, working closely with marketing and sales teams.
  • Manage daily product lifecycle activities and create a strategic roadmap for future service offerings.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across all organizational functions.
  • Stay informed about market competitors and trends.
  • Provide assistance to Sales, Implementation, and Customer Support teams as necessary.
  • Prepare written reports detailing status and progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in product or project management or online service planning.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present information effectively and professionally to stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate well with teams.
  • Analytical thinking capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the fashion industry.
  • Background in online marketplace services (B2B preferred).
  • Proficiency in data analytics (SQL knowledge is a plus).
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS is advantageous.
  • Basic or advanced skills in software for team communication (e.g., Figma).
  • Experience in software development, UX design, or e-commerce platform operations.
  • Experience in service planning, development, or management of e-commerce platforms, including payment, settlement, order processing, product management, buyer/seller management, reward systems, coupon systems, advertising systems, and/or shipping-consolidation service design.

Compensation

The salary range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $80,000 - $110,000 per year; the base pay offered may vary within this range based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

A comprehensive range of medical, 401(k), and other benefits will be provided in addition to the base salary. Base pay information is based on market location, and different ranges may apply to specific work locations.
