About the Role

Complex is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the eCommerce Marketplace team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for crafting experiences that drive business results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the eCommerce Marketplace team to develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute eCommerce initiatives and oversee end-to-end product development for web and app properties.
  • Foster a data-driven approach to optimize the ecommerce funnel and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Identify user pain points and implement innovative eCommerce solutions that meet the company's goals.
  • Conduct market research, gather consumer feedback, and translate insights into actionable enhancements.
  • Work with senior management to develop product roadmaps, adapting to market dynamics and customer needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of Product Manager experience, with a background in ecommerce product development.
  • Experience with Shopify and Marketplace platforms is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful product features across various development phases.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and product evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset driven by continuous learning and growth.
  • Ownership mentality and proficiency in technical discussions with engineering teams.
