M&H Valve Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager at M&H Valve Company, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with distributors, engineers, and municipalities to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Provide sales support and training to distributors and sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance.
- Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers, attend industry events, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the waterworks industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
