Our team is responsible for reading work orders or receiving oral instructions to determine work assignments, material, or equipment needs.

They follow detailed job-specific instructions to ensure assemblies and tests are produced efficiently and meet customer specifications.

Key responsibilities include conducting daily inspections of equipment, inspecting parts as they're assembled, and bolting or fastening parts together.

Our team members also tend machines to perform fitting or fastening operations on the assembly line, apply hand tools and air tools throughout their shift, and work on continuous improvement projects.

They notify their supervisor of production errors or equipment malfunctions, clear equipment at the end of the operating run, and review the schedule to determine their next assignment.

Meet or exceed hourly production rates every hour, and reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Language skills include the ability to perform operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
